SHIPPING POLICY

At Sword Cricket, we understand that once you've picked your gear, you want it in your hands as quickly as possible. We work with trusted logistics partners across India and internationally to ensure your cricket equipment arrives safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following regions:
- All India: We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metros, tier-2 cities, and most rural areas.
- International: We ship to select international destinations including the UAE, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and other countries. International availability may vary by product.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. For bulk or team orders to specific locations, please contact us directly.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
Domestic (India)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch. Available for select pin codes and products.
- Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in Hyderabad and select cities for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Subject to product availability.
International
- Standard International: 10–18 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Express International: 5–10 business days. Available for select countries at an additional cost.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, logistics disruptions, or customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: All prepaid domestic orders above ₹2,999 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Domestic: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,999.
- Express Domestic: Additional charges of ₹149–₹249 depending on the delivery location and package weight.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India. An additional COD handling fee of ₹49 applies per order.
- International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges for team orders and bulk purchases are calculated separately. Contact us for a custom quote.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Custom team orders (jerseys with printed names, bulk kits) may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order using:
- The tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
- Your account dashboard under My Orders.
- The courier partner's website directly using the tracking number.
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders across India, subject to the following:
- COD is available for orders up to ₹25,000.
- A COD handling fee of ₹49 applies per order.
- COD availability depends on pin code serviceability by our courier partners.
- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
COD is not available for international orders or custom team orders.
7. Packaging
All Sword Cricket products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:
- Cricket Bats: Shipped in reinforced bat covers with additional padding to protect edges and blades.
- Protective Gear & Gloves: Packed in corrugated boxes with cushioning material.
- Kit Bags & Apparel: Shipped in weather-resistant poly bags or branded packaging.
- Balls & Accessories: Securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.
For gifting or special packaging requests, please mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
8. Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will notify you and offer the option to reship (additional charges may apply) or process a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at the time of checkout. Sword Cricket is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
9. Store Pickup
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, store pickup is available at our retail locations across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout where available, and you'll be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Orders are held for pickup for up to 7 days. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded.
10. International Orders — Customs & Duties
For international shipments, please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Sword Cricket has no control over customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
- We recommend checking your country's import regulations for sporting goods before placing an order.
